I see myself as a flower

I see myself as still water
I reflect things as they are
You may wish to take 8 stones and move each of them to the right with each in breath and out breath and then back again as you repeat.
A few notes for this mindfulness meditation:
- Keep your eyes closed for the duration of this meditation
- Move at your own pace – no rush!
- Visualize yourself as each verse – for example for still water allow the image of still water to come to mind. If a picture of an elephant comes up, no worries! Simply giggle and move on to the next verse.
- Sit in a comfortable posture that represents dignity.
